Directions

From the meeting place, we'll break up into carpools to head Spook Canyon, located in The Box climbing areas of Socorro.  Turnoff is just prior to the main climbing area.  There is a short section of dirt road recommended for drivers with a vehicle with additional ground clearance, such as a Suburu Outback or similar vehicle.  Vehicle with 4x4 not necessary, and low clearance sedans are not recommended.  If there is a shortage of drivers with capable vehicles, we'll plan on shuttling from a nearby parking location.  See map for both locations.
